We issue refunds for digital products within 7 days of the original purchase of the product.
We issue refunds for digital products only under the following conditions:
- Product not delivered (if you haven’t received the delivery email from us)
- Download issues (if you experience problems while downloading the product)
- Major defects. All our products are tested properly, but unexpected errors may occur.
We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
We do not guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party software. We do not issue refunds if our products are incompatible with any third-party software, except for those that are specified on the page of each product.
Our Subscription Plan have one month term contracts and can be cancelled at any time. We do not provide any refunds on our Subscription Plan, this mean that once you pay for one month, you can just cancel but can’t be refunded for that month.
Our Support Plan have one month term contracts and can be cancelled at any time. We do not provide any refunds on our Support Plan, this mean that once you pay for one month, you can just cancel but can’t be refunded for that month. When a Subscription Plan connected to a Support Plan is cancelled it will instantly cancel the Support Plan, when this is cancelled you will not be able to reach our support department.
If your installation service has not been used you may request a refund. Once an install has started we do not provide refunds on installation services.
You can get refund for a custom work, only if this is not yet started. Each custom work may have custom refund policies.
