What is Socialveo Hosted?
Socialveo Hosted it’s so called SaaS, which stay for Sofware as a service, and is a software licensing and delivery model in which software is licensed on a subscription basis and is centrally hosted. Socialveo Hosted, which requires a recurring fee, rests on our server and we’re hosting the software.
How do you provide support?
If you need assistance, you can submit a support ticket. If your problem is more complex and you want to show us screenshots or error messages, it’s best to send us a request support via TeamViewer or Skype. Our support staff will get back to you right away.
How long do I get support after purchase?
Your subscription to Socialveo Hosted includes complimentary support for the duration of your subscription.
Which payment types do you accept?

Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling your plan comes into effect the following month.

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your monthly account at any time with no further obligation.
How much cost extra fee for increase resource?
All server resource such as RAM, CPU, Bandwith, etc. it’s increase without extra fee; means that we will increase resource how much your community require. The only extra cost it’s for hard disc space. You get 10GB space, and for each additional 10GB you pay 3$ per month extra fee.
